I Back-2-MAC'd for Rebel lipstick today :)
MAC describes Rebel as a "vivid pinkish-purple", and while I'd have to agree, I also find the color much pinker (think magenta) when worn and much more purple when in the bullet. It has a satin finish, but I find it glossier and more moisturizing than other MAC satins I've tried.
I think Rebel will be a gorgeous "night on the town" kind of shade, but also a fabulous addition to my Fall lipstick rotation :) It was released recently with the MAC Me Over collection but is also a part of MAC's permanent line.
Totally gorgeous girl! steller color that looks amazing at night with still a lil bit of pop without being vampy dark!

ReplyDeleteThis is such a beautiful shade. I've only seen a few people wear this, but never explain it as well as you have. This is something I would definitely gravitate towards in the store :)

ReplyDeleteLove it - I've never seen a lipstick on you that didn't look good! I love the photo of you applying the lipstick especially. Something about applying lipstick just feels & looks so glamorous. One of my favorite pictures of myself from high school was one someone took of me applying lipstick backstage before a school play. >_<
