My (Updated) Lipstick Collection

I actually did a lipstick collection post over the summer, but I won't bother linking it because all of the lipsticks you saw in that post are also in this post!

There were a few months last year where I have to admit, I went a little lipstick-crazy. Fast forward a few months, I'm now slightly less interested in expanding my lipstick collection and more interested in cheek products like blush, highlight, and bronzer. Girls are so fickle ;)

  4. Wow, you have an amazing lipstick collection :) I love looking at lipstick and I think they look great on other people. But I don't wear it often so my lippie collection is made up of a whopping four tubes >.< This will come in handy if I ever want to buy some new shades though! Thanks!!

  20. When I saw this on my blogroll, I was like, "Eee! Lipstick!" lol You have so many great ones! Lipstick is probably my favorite makeup item - what's funny is, you can have so many colors that look so similar, but every one is different! ;)

    @Lily Blue: My makeup drawer has 3 little compartments and I separate my lipsticks into 3 categories: Nudes, Pinks, and everything else. I also store the lipsticks upside down in each compartment so that the label is facing up :)

  50. Is Barry M's Peachy Pink a close dupe of MAC's Ever Hip? I really want to get Ever Hip in the upcoming MAC Fashion Flower collection,though I can't justify the price (including postage!) for a lipstick that might not suit me! Please help, thanks! :)

  51. @scarlie96: Ever Hip looks much more corally next to Barry M Peachy Pink that looks much more pink. They're similar but I wouldn't say they're dupes, which I think you can also tell from the swatch above. The biggest difference is the finish, though. Barry M Peachy Pink is really dry and matte, while Ever Hip is a cremesheen finish.

  52. Hi there! Wow you really went lipstick-crazy! But I understand how it gets when you can't find the perfect one. I've actually spent some money already hunting for the perfect baby pink lipstick. I want the Mac Lady gaga, the first one. But it's not available anymore. What would you recommend? :)

    Hi! I actually don't have any other blue-toned, baby pink lipsticks like it, so I'm afraid I can't recommend a dupe for you :( If I were you, I'd check out the dupe list on Temptalia and see what other people have recommended as dupes for it. I believe there is a lipstick by NYX (not sure what shade since I don't have it) that is very similar.
