My Highland Honey (left) and Peaches
My Highland Honey (top) and Peaches
Peaches is just the slightest bit darker and has a touch of coral while My Highland Honey is a smidgen lighter and more orange. Both have good pigmentation and even though Peaches is a Sheertone formula, it's not sheer at all! Peaches is also a much softer powder than My Highland Honey. They look nearly identical in the pan and swatched on my hand. I can honestly say that if you have one, you definitely do not need the other but obviously, I just couldn't resist ;)
♥

Oh thank you for doing this, it more solidifies why I do not need both. I have peaches already (and melba, and cantaloupe and gingerly) and swatches these at the mac counter today and MHH was much lighter, almost yellow on my hand so I thought.. nope don't need it. It's pretty though.
ReplyDeleteI see you caved! lol
ReplyDeleteI don't have either of these but they both look so good. Peaches has been on my list for a while!
ReplyDeletei am so glad i got my highland honey, it screamed my name when i saw it cuz i've been into peaches lately too!! :) now i should go get peaches hahahaha.
ReplyDeleteI would prefer My Highland Honey over Peaches after seeing the swatches. Problem is: Both colours would look quite awful with my skintone... Which one do you like best?
ReplyDeleteMy Highland Honey looks beautiful; it will be SO hard not to get the entire collection - everything looks gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWow, these are really similar! I'm tempted to get the bright fuschia blush from this collection when it comes out in the UK, but may need to check against all my other bright pink blushes first!
ReplyDeleteThey are really similar but both are soooo soo pretty! I think i gotta rush to the store to get them now.
ReplyDeleteI agree if u have peaches u definitely dont need the other one they are way too similar to have both it would be a waste of money
ReplyDeleteI prefer the colour of my highland honey.
ReplyDeleteLooks pretty and i don't have either. I need to increase my blush collection x
ReplyDeleteOOOOO both equally as lush in my opinion. :)
ReplyDelete@Martha: I honestly love both of them but I think that Peaches is slightly more universally flattering since it still has a touch of pink/coral in it and is slightly less orange than My Highland Honey :)
ReplyDeleteI love peaches. One of my fave blush but I have a ton of yellow undertone and peach blush looks way better on me than pink. Want highland honey. Gorgeous. xx
ReplyDeleteOuh they both look so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteRandom, but I just have to say that both of these blushes have names that make me hungry XD
ReplyDeletethanks for the comparison.
ReplyDeletethey both look gorgeous.<3
thanks for doing this review!!!! i 100% wanted highland honey but after seeing this and my peaches decided to pass. Super pretty though! need to exercise more self control!
ReplyDeleteMHH reminds me alot of Illamasqua's Lover
@SilhouetteScreams: That made me laugh :D
ReplyDelete@Lilladylife: I don't have Lover but since I know Peaches is pretty similar to Lover, I think I can safely assume that My Highland Honey is pretty similar to Lover as well :)
I think you could wear one on one cheek and the other one an the next cheek and no one would see the difference!
ReplyDeleteYou got it Tiff!! hahaaha I didn't get it..
